We walk? - By tyziana

amazing day today and for once does not happen when I'm at work! So I
tax, as under the parties are unable never to do so to stretch my legs a little and take a long walk to the village here and enjoy this beautiful sunny day. Come with me, so you can see in what context is my garden.
Just leave my house, just two steps up, and already I find myself immersed in the green

The road winds up the mountain, and depending on areas of sun exposure can be found, where there is the grass is green and the daffodils grow wild

and shady areas with dense moss and lichen growing on the walls that surround the street

Approfitto degli last rays to visit a place far from home and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub oaks, Euphorbia, cysts, mastic, myrtle and lavender!

E 'was really a beautiful day, a fabulous relaxing walk alone in the woods and a beautiful sun that makes me think that next spring is not far!

Documentation of the issue I discovered that the "classic Bolognese Sauce" is the only (or one of the few) recipes that have been formalized. In fact it was written October 17, 1982 in the presence of a notary from Bologna of the Italian delegation to the kitchen and deposited at the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna

.* Let's see the procedure for 4 people: 150 gr mince

. of bacon 50 grams of celery 50 gr. 30 grams of carrot and onion. Cuocerela bacon for 5 minutes (preferably in an earthenware pot) then add the vegetables for 10 minutes. Add 300 grams of
folder ground beef and brown 10 minutes in pan, then deglaze with a glass of dry white wine.
When the wine has evaporated, add 20 gr. tomato paste diluted with a ladle of broth, then cover and simmer an hour and a half or two better.

Check the sauce every 10 minutes and stir, adding a little 'time to a glass of milk. Season with salt and pepper after cooking.

Variants: sauce instead of tomato concentrate, ham instead of bacon and other meat instead of the folder (beef shoulder) or 50% chicken or veal or sausage. Finally there are those who add spices such as nutmeg or bay leaves.

allowed: the use of flour as a thickener, the sauce will naturally shrink by slow evaporation.

Paste recommended: fettuccine, pappardelle, queen, noodles, pasta alla chitarra, and the short dry grooved.

Just before serving, in my version, I added a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese that never hurts. :-)

Bon Appetit!

Birthday Gift ... on the contrary! Reverse birthday present! In

AUGURI A TUTTI!

Greetings everyone! Today I celebrate two events: the beginning of the new year, and the blog's first birthday! So, I Decided That This Was a good reason to give you a present. In fact, three: three pin-crocheted flowers (like the one you see in this post ) will be the price of a draw.

Gift To enter the draw you have to do is leave a comment to this post, pointing out what is the link of your site or blog that this year there has changed my life. What I immediately went to check when you open your computer and you connect to the internet, in fact.
I have been struck by one of Luisa De Santi, true genius creative crochet! And a constant source of inspiration ...

To join in, please leave a comment to this post writing the link of the site or the blog That changed your life in the last year, the first webpage you visit anytime you are in internet, I mean.
2010 My favorite link is Luisa De Santi's blog, crocheting a genius! Her works are really inspiring.
