Anno nuovo, idee nuove. :-)

Vitello in Gelatina
La ricetta è facile and tasty, it takes only a little 'time for preparation. Prepare a classic boiled calf , once ready will clarify the broth and put aside. Meanwhile
reduces the meat into small pieces and boiled carrots, which can also be cooked in the broth but must remain intact to be cut into small pieces (that will be made to last or removed prior to cooking boiled).
Finally you add the meat to the broth, carrots, olives pitted and chopped. Pour into a mold for plumcakee you refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Once solid is cut into slices and serve (cold or room temperature).

as the first experiment did not come at all bad, maybe just needs some changes (such as chopping a bit 'more meat in my opinion) maybe Later he refined the technique and maybe add some other ingredient to color and give a plus ... (even if already it is very tasty)
Stay tuned for more idee e aggiornamenti :-) :-)
